We are seeking an Administrative Supervisor to join one of our amazing clients in Auburn! This position is full-time with the salary range of $68,640-$72,000.
Responsibilities:
* Maintains administration staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
* Supervises clerical and administration personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, ensures completion of all administration responsibilities, and providing ongoing feedback, constructive criticism and developmental plans.
* Support to the Administrative Manager including board meeting preparation and posting of board tasks, updating Association rules and policies and posting on the company website, and communication to members and staff accordingly.
* Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
* Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administration processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols.
* Coordinates with executive management and other disciplines to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives. Works closely with all department leads to ensure smooth workflow of processes that cross multiple departments.
* Prepare and manage the departmental budget; facilitate billing, invoicing and approvals.
* Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues for the department and association.
* Resolving IT and website support requests from employees working within the IT support model, including third party IT and website support resources.
* Oversees and monitors the staff procuring needed supplies for office and workroom.
* Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems used including but not limited to computers, copy machines, printers, phones, etc.
Required Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university and three years related experience and training including leadership and team management of a multi-function administration operation. Five or more years of experience in related field will be considered in lieu of a degree.
The Administration Supervisor will be a genuine, and personable leader with an analytical mind and the authentic enjoyment of building relationships and thrive in an active environment. The Administration Supervisor will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possesses the following skills - analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, project management, adaptability, communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
